Jim is also a Founding Director of the Midwest Defense Accelerator (MDX), a Sagamore Institute initiative advancing reindustrialization across the American Heartland. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Wabash College.

He has extensive experience in Business Operations/IT Strategy Development; including Federal acquisition, contracting, Project Management, product road mapping, supply chain analysis, cyber "risk to mission" analysis, data management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) across the Department of Defense.

Mike is a proven technical engineering and operations leader with broad experience across security operations, enterprise information systems, intelligence systems, transportation systems, networks, logistics, and test and evaluation. He brings an integrator mindset to complex environments—connecting people, processes, and technology to deliver practical results.

Emily is a compassionate Human Resources Director with 25 years of experience, dedicated to championing employee well-being and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Passionate about empowering teams, she specializes in bridging the gap between strategic business objectives and the genuine needs of the workforce to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Ryan has spent 20 years building and proving mechanisms for technology transformation and now focused on building them for AI as well. Since pioneering a cloud marketplace in 2008, he has focused on compressing time-to-value and building high-scale operating models for complex cloud architectures. His career includes scaling migration playbooks for major enterprise and government organizations at AWS, as well as leading a Board-level initiative to transition Fortune 100 company Nationwide to the public cloud.
